U-Bolt Kit for 5,200 lb-7,000 lb Round Trailer Axles - 7-1/16" Long

This heavy-duty U-bolt kit is designed to securely mount 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb round trailer axles to leaf spring suspension systems. It fits 3" diameter round axles and uses 7-1/16" long, 9/16" diameter U-bolts to provide a strong, stable clamp between the axle and springs.
Constructed with Grade 5 hardware, this kit is built to handle higher loads and maintain proper torque without bending plates or loosening under stress. Designed for use with 2" wide leaf springs, it matches common double-eye and slipper spring configurations. When torqued to 65-95 ft-lbs, it helps ensure the axle remains properly seated and aligned.
This kit includes U-bolts, plates, and nuts, providing the complete hardware set needed for axle-to-spring mounting. Spring seats are sold separately to complete the axle and suspension assembly. Ideal for equipment, dump, and heavy-duty utility trailer applications.
